1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro or Career subscription at any time from your account. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — no mid-cycle cutoffs.
2. 14-day cooling-off
As a UK consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription from the day you first subscribe. If you cancel within 14 days, we'll refund you in full — minus a proportionate charge for the part of the service already used if you asked us to start providing it immediately (e.g. you ran paid optimisations).
3. Something went wrong?
If the Service was materially unavailable or broken during a billing period — for example, paid features failing for an extended time — contact us and we'll put it right with a pro-rata refund or credit. We don't refund based on job-search outcomes (interviews, offers, or visa decisions are outside any tool's control), but if something we sold didn't work, we'll make it fair.
4. How to request a refund
- Go to the contact page and choose "Billing / refund".
- Include the email on your account and the approximate payment date.
- We respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 working days.
5. Free plan
The Free plan involves no payment and no commitment — nothing to refund, ever.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
